Ah the holidays. My favorite time of year as I spend it with my family and friends... and all we do is eat. And when were full, we eat some more.
First my dad came by. I made blue cheese crusted steak which was tasty. Wish I was eating it right now, that's how good it was...and how fat I am. We ate and watched slide shows I made from my trips. My dad left a "Robertson" wrapped gift (ie. Poorly) under the tree which I opened it Christmas morning. It was a bullet blender which I promptly used to make 2 minute pancakes. Awesome.

I then left to pick up my favorite Christmas gift at the airport. Erin came to visit which made me very happy. I was also happy to find that she brought an extra bag filled with gifts. I like gifts.
That night the season continued as we ate (and over ate) Christmas diner at Dave and Amanda's.

I got Erin some luggage for Christmas and in one of the pockets was a ticket to Yellowknife. She was probably expecting somewhere warm as I was trying to squeeze one last trip into 2006. I was trying to get us to Vegas for a New years party but nothing cheap was available. Never the less, 2 days later we were in Yellowknife.
